Foxtron Vehicle Technologies is expected to launch a new vehicle in Taiwan based on its Model B concept by the end of 2025, according to reports published on 25th June.
The company, a joint venture between the Yulon Group and Foxconn Technology Group - the world's largest contract electronics manufacturer - currently produces the Luxgen n7, an SUV available in the Taiwanese market.
Foxtron also manufactures an electric bus based on its Model T concept.
According to media reports, the Model B has received the necessary government certification for commercial sale.
The company has stated that sales will begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Foxtron is also developing a version of the Model C concept for the United States. This concept also serves as the basis for the Luxgen n7. The development process is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
Ongoing projects for 2025 include the Model U, a medium-sized bus, and the Model D, a utility vehicle. Foxtron spokesperson Wang Li-we has confirmed that the company plans to manufacture Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Taiwan for export to Australia and New Zealand, with production expected to begin in late 2026.
