Indomobil National Distributor has strengthened the Citroën brand in Indonesia by inaugurating the 'Citroën Experience Centre' in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta.

This is one of 22 official outlets of the French brand in Indonesia.

This facility follows Citroën's global design standards and aims to serve consumers in the South Jakarta area and its surroundings.

CEO of Dealer Indomobil Group, Santiko Wardoyon, said that the facility offers a range of services for Citroën owners in Indonesia, including aftersales, servicing, and sales.

''In this facility, we provide various services such as aftersales and maintenance,'' said Santiko during his speech at the inauguration of the outlet in TB Simatupang, Jakarta, on September 21st.

CEO of Indomobil National Distributor, Tan Kim Piauw, added that the presence of this outlet also demonstrates their commitment to meeting various consumer needs, such as spare parts and expert technicians.

''Since entering Indonesia in 2022, we have remained committed and have been working to expand our network of dealerships for our customers by preparing spare parts and expert technicians,'' said Tan Kim Piauw.

This is the fourth Citroen Experience Centre to open in Indonesia, following the launch of outlets on Jl. MT Haryono, Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma, and Pantai Indah Kapuk. This facility covers a building area of approximately 1,000 m² and is located on Jl. RA Kartini II-S Kav. 7, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

With a design inspired by everyday life, the lounges at the Citroën Experience Centre combine comfort, innovation, and technology, offering a calming, home-like atmosphere. The Citroën Experience Centre TB Simatupang provides various models, including the e-C3 and C3 Aircross, with test drive units available for visitors.

The building is equipped with five service bays, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repairs. The dealership also offers an EV charging facility, making it convenient for Citroën e-C3 owners to charge their vehicles. Additionally, there is a dedicated floor for vehicle storage.

The service centre is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 19:00 WIB, and on weekends from 08:30 to 15:00 WIB.
