VinFast has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bespoke Logistics to support the delivery and aftersales operations of its electric two-wheelers in the Philippines.

Under the partnership, an integrated mobility processing centre and a VinFast-authorised service workshop will be established to handle vehicle preparation, delivery and aftersales services.

Bespoke Logistics will manage warehousing, vehicle inspections, technical preparation, yard management and transportation operations for VinFast electric two-wheelers.

The facility, located in Carmona City, Cavite Province, spans 20,000 square metres and has the capacity to accommodate up to 30,000 vehicles. The site will serve as a central hub for vehicle processing before delivery to customers, supporting operational management throughout the supply chain.

Facility to support vehicle preparation and delivery

The integrated mobility processing centre will be used to prepare electric two-wheelers before delivery to customers.

Bespoke Logistics will oversee pre-delivery inspections and technical checks to ensure vehicles are prepared in accordance with VinFast's operational requirements.

The partnership also includes the establishment of a VinFast-authorised service workshop to support inspection, servicing and maintenance activities as part of the company's aftersales operations in the Philippines.

Bespoke Logistics has experience in automotive logistics and currently provides services including pre-delivery inspections, warehousing, vehicle transportation and inventory management for several automotive brands operating in the Philippine market.

Aftersales capability and ecosystem development

As part of the collaboration, VinFast and Bespoke Logistics will introduce technician training and certification programmes.

The two companies will also work together on standard operating procedures, quality control systems and parts supply management to support aftersales operations.

The agreement forms part of VinFast's broader strategy to develop an electric mobility ecosystem across international markets. In addition to electric two-wheelers, the company continues to expand its portfolio of electric cars, electric bicycles and electric buses. VinFast has also been establishing partnerships in markets including the Philippines, Indonesia and India to support distribution, charging infrastructure and mobility-related initiatives.
