As part of its commitment to the national automotive market, VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with OtoKlix Indonesia to provide workshop services aimed at enhancing after-sales support for electric vehicle (EV) consumers.
Through this collaboration, VinFast will utilise 150 OtoKlix workshops, which will be available for use by VinFast customers in Indonesia.
According to Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, the partnership is intended to facilitate EV ownership while reinforcing the company's commitment to environmentally sustainable transitions in Indonesia.
"Our collaboration with strategic partners in Indonesia to enhance the after-sales service network reflects our long-term dedication to customer satisfaction and strengthens our commitment to supporting Indonesia's green transition by building sustainable trust with local consumers," stated Pham Sanh Chau in an official release on 12th April.
VinFast has officially appointed 40 OtoKlix-owned service workshops and will add a further 110 official service centres. These facilities are located across several regions, including Jabodetabek, West Java, Bali, East Java, West Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi.
The company also intends to expand into additional regions across the islands of Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua.
As a strategic official service partner, OtoKlix Indonesia will distribute genuine VinFast spare parts and components, ensuring that EV owners in Indonesia have access to high-quality products that meet the brand's global standards.
At present, VinFast offers a range of electric vehicles in the Indonesian market, including the VF3 mini SUV, the VF5 targeting the entry-level segment, and the VFe34.
