Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) has introduced updates to its SUV line-up at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026, unveiling the WR-V facelift and launching the BR-V N7X Edition as part of a broader product update strategy.
WR-V facelift
The updated WR-V features revised styling, additional equipment and adjusted pricing, targeting first-time SUV buyers. The new WR-V E variant is positioned for consumers transitioning into the SUV segment, offering a new design and features intended for everyday driving, particularly in urban environments and for younger buyers seeking an entry-level SUV.
Exterior revisions include a new black front grille and fog lamp garnish, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and updated side elements such as a new side under-spoiler, black door mirrors, black door handles, and body-coloured wheel arch and side protectors. The model is equipped with 16-inch black alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin features a redesigned dashboard and a new 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity. A USB-C port is available across all variants.
The WR-V RS variant is positioned towards buyers seeking additional styling and driving-related features. It is equipped with 17-inch black alloy wheels and introduces two new exterior colours: Sand Khaki Pearl and Blazing Red Pearl. Interior updates include ambient lighting, revised door garnish accents, and leather seat and door trim finishes. Paddle shifters are included.
At the top of the range, the WR-V RS with Honda Sensing includes the Honda Sensing suite of driver-assistance technologies, intended to support driver awareness and assist in certain traffic conditions. This variant also includes a wireless charger and a rear centre armrest.
Pricing for the WR-V facelift starts at IDR 284.1 million (US$ 16,760) for the E variant, IDR 297.6 million for the RS variant, and IDR 321.1 million for the RS with Honda Sensing.
BR-V N7X Edition
In addition to the WR-V update, Honda Prospect Motor also launched the BR-V N7X Edition at IIMS 2026, marking an update to the SUV line-up and the 10th anniversary of the BR-V in Indonesia.
Since its introduction in 2016, the BR-V has been positioned to address family mobility requirements, including daily use and longer-distance travel.
The BR-V N7X Edition features dark chrome accents on several exterior elements, including the H-mark emblem, front grille garnish, front fog garnish and rear reflector garnish. Black accents are applied to the front lower garnish, side lower garnish and rear lower garnish.
Honda has retained the BR-VÂ’s existing driving characteristics. Safety technologies such as Honda Sensing continue to be available, depending on the variant.
The BR-V N7X Edition Prestige with Honda Sensing is priced at IDR 376.2 million (US$ 22,200) and is offered without a price increase compared to the previous equivalent variant.
Yusak Billy, Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of Honda Prospect Motor, said: "From the beginning, the BR-V was developed as an SUV for Indonesian families who want a tougher and different character. Through the BR-V N7X Edition, we strengthen the appearance to make it more stylish and assertive, while still maintaining the comfort, safety and value that are the foundation of consumer trust in the BR-V."
Over its 10-year presence in Indonesia, the BR-V has been used by 137,467 consumers. The introduction of the BR-V N7X Edition forms part of HondaÂ’s product update in the market.
